When you go to Creative Studio > My Creatives, you'll review concepts, approve or request revisions, and view all your media from Creative Studio & Facebook.
Here, you'll find new concepts ready to be reviewed.
Click on any concept to review the image or video.
On the New tab, the creatives closest to being finished are shown first, followed by the creatives that are earlier in the process.
The status of creatives in progress is shown on their cards. Here are examples of two creatives at different points in the process.
Creatives in process show the following information:
- Whether the status is New Concept, Iteration, etc. (see the label at the top left).
- Step in the process
- Estimated Delivery
After clicking on a concept, to approve it, simply click on the Approve button.
- Approve & Upload: If you have connected your Facebook account, you can easily send it to your Facebook media library with this option.
- Approve & Download: If you haven't connected your Facebook account, download the video with this option.
Once you've approved a concept, the card will move from the New tab to the Approved tab.
After clicking on a concept, to request revisions, click on the Request Revisions button. This will enable the message box where you can write down comments.
Once you've requested a revision, your concept card will stay in the same tab but will display a "Revision Requested" label. When a revision has been uploaded, your concept will move back to the New tab for review.
Here you can see all of your approved concepts. If you're using our other tools, AdBuilder & Advanced Reporting, you'll also be able to build campaigns directly from here.
Building from Approved Creatives
If you are using AdRules, you can start building a campaign from this view by clicking on the build icon, and this will take you into AdBuilder where you can continue building your campaign.
Defining Winning Concepts
You can also star concepts to signify their performance. Click the star in the upper-right corner to set the status.
The stars will communicate if a concept is a winner, predicted winner or if it failed.
If you are using AdRules, the stars will carry over to Advanced Reporting and Creative Insights. If you are not using AdRules, this will communicate the concept's performance to our creative team.
This tab shows the creatives that have been pushed live on Facebook.
