At this step, select your creative elements: video/image, creative text, headline, url, call to action, and image/video thumbnail.
You may select more than one variable for these creative elements, and the system will create them in an additional ad set.
You can change Ad Format, by clicking on Change Your Ad Format on the top right corner.
You'll be able to select from Single Video/Image, Carousel of Videos/Images or Existing Post/Ad.
If you choose Existing Post or Ad, you may launch an existing post or ads by inputting ID. Learn how to find existing post ID by clicking here.
You can active DLO Dynamic Language Optimization in this step. With DLO you will be able to load up multiple language variations of the same ad, and Facebook will dynamically show the ad in the relevant language for each user instead of having to create different Ad Sets for each language.
DLO is available with the following objectives:
- Website Conversions
- Mobile App Installs
- Mobile App Engagement
- Website Clicks
To use DLO, go to the bottom of the creative selections, and click on Create in Different Languages
You'll be prompted with a screen that allows you to modify entries for each language.
You can name and save an Ad Copy set - this allows you to set up headlines, copy, etc. for several different languages, save the set, and then load it again when you need it in for another campaign.
You may also use DLO with Asset Customization, which will allow you to select different media for each language. To use DLO with asset customization, simply click change under the language you'd like to customize and select your video from the media library.
